In this global marketplace, the importance of new Pacific-centered alliances and networks is paramount.
The foundation's mission is multifaceted, encompassing support for technological and entrepreneurial advancement, the establishment of strategic partnerships and the overall enhancement of transpacific relations.

Goals
To promote free and open exchange of ideas and friendship among individuals, as a first and fundamental layer of networks across the Pacific.

To promote networking and nurture strategic alliances among the high technology entrepreneurs and corporations throughout the Pacific Rim.

To promote research and develop the knowledge, tools, databases, networks and other means to support the transition of individuals, organizations and communities to new economic and social models.
