"Towards management that transforms philosophy into profits"
Our answer at the Alliance Forum Foundation is that "companies are public institutions of society."
The idea is that a company generates profits by contributing to society through its business.
Why do we think this way?
Are the people who contribute to the growth of the company you run or work for only the management and shareholders? We believe that the growth and development of a company is made possible by many contributors, including employees, customers, business partners, the local community, and the earth. At the Alliance Forum Foundation, we refer to our colleagues who contribute to the growth and development of the company from various angles as the "company."
The idea of public interest capitalism is that distributing company profits fairly within the company in proportion to the contribution of each individual will enrich people and the local community, and will also enable sustainable investment in technological development for the future society and the creation of new core industries.

To Business Owners,
What should our company be like in this uncertain and volatile world?
We offer tips from the perspective of public interest capitalism to business managers who want their businesses to continue contributing to people, communities, society, and the world 50 or 100 years from now.
