This program aims to develop the next generation of management talent by providing a broad understanding of public interest capitalism.
By offering lectures from Japan's leading business leaders and experts on the principles, theories, and management of the new 21st century capitalism, or public interest capitalism, and by providing opportunities to consider how to put what they have learned into action, we aim to produce the talent that will lead companies into the future.

A system in which only the wealthy few become wealthy deepens division and anxiety, and moves us further away from a sustainable society.
Based on the idea of "public interest capitalism," leaders from the government, business, and civil society gathered in Tokyo.
The purpose of this conference is to foster dialogue and action towards the realization of "capitalism that leaves no one behind."
Instead of the concentration of wealth, we need to move towards the circulation of value.
It is from this roundtable that a new economic vision for the future will begin.
