To realize a society where people can stay healthy right up until the end of their natural lifespan, we need to pay attention to both human health and the health of society. In particular, to make society healthy, companies, which are an important component of society, need to become healthy and continue to grow sustainably from a medium- to long-term perspective. Of the four types of investments that can improve a company's productivity, this conference focused on investment in people, and discussed the creation of human resources that can see things from a bird's-eye view and demonstrate deep thinking skills.
