WHGC Forum 2023 Fall

Weak yen, high resource prices, falling real wages, aging population, low birthrate... Japan's inherent social issues are large and intertwined in complex ways. What is needed now is a vision of what we want Japan to be like 50 or 100 years from now. And what we need are people who can take a step forward to solve these major social issues. At this forum, we discussed the ideal management style that creates game-changing human resources and the creation of new social value.
